Return Policy

At Melissa Designer Jewelry, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Authorized returns of new, unworn, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition and packaging are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date for a refund to the original form of payment.
Items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Melissa Designer Jewelry reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund.
Exchanges and Store Credit
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Special-order merchandise
- Personalized or engraved items
- Jewelry that has been resized or otherwise altered at the customer’s request
- Completed jewelry repair services
- Gift cards
Online Orders
If you purchased an item through our website, please contact us before returning your purchase so we can provide return instructions.
Online purchases may be returned by mail or, if preferred, returned to our retail store during regular business hours.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or shipped in error. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as Melissa Designer Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in our retail store may be returned or exchanged in accordance with this policy by bringing the merchandise and proof of purchase to our store.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your account.
