Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved, unless otherwise noted.
Custom jewelry, special-order items, jewelry repairs, and items requiring additional preparation may require additional processing time. If an order requires extra time, we will notify you whenever possible.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
At this time, Melissa Designer Jewelry ships only to addresses within the United States.
Insured Shipping
All shipments are fully insured while in transit to help protect your purchase until it reaches its destination.
Adult Signature Required
For the security of your purchase, all shipments require an adult signature (18 years of age or older) upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to accept your package at the shipping address.
Fraud Prevention
To help protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, Melissa Designer Jewelry reserves the right to verify payment information before shipping an order.
For certain high-value purchases or orders that require additional verification, we may require shipment to the billing address associated with the payment method or request additional information before processing the order.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Melissa Designer Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier interruptions, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Melissa Designer Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the carrier’s claims process and work toward a prompt resolution.
